Families with Special Needs app for iPhone and iPad

Families with Special Needs is a mobile app and resource families of teens with special needs as they begin their transition into adulthood.

Designed for California primarily (with more states coming online soon!), you can find your nearest Regional Center, engage with other families, find resources in your community and get information about important legal matters like Special Needs Trusts and Conservatorships.

This is the first step in setting up a nation-wide community resource for families with special needs to ensure every young adult is safe and prepared for the next step in their journey.
